Rock Wit Me LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, Rock Wit Me LLC may offer exchanges or store credit at our discretion for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. Approved cases may receive a replacement, exchange, or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds, and shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Products that have been used, burned, altered, or opened are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Our candles and fragrance products should be used as directed. Always follow candle safety guidelines, including never leaving a burning candle unattended and keeping it away from flammable materials, children, and pets.
